How It Works 

Request a Complimentary 15-Minute Consultation
​The first step is to request a call with our Head Evaluator. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your dog’s training to ensure you're ready to enroll in the certification process.

Gather the Required Documents
​We’ll guide you through gathering the following documents:

• Doctor’s Note: Verifies your need for a service or support dog.
• Vet’s Letter: Confirms your dog’s good health and behavior, with no history of aggression.
• Trainer’s Letter (optional): Provides additional proof of your dog’s readiness if you’ve worked with a trainer.

Live Evaluation & Video Recording
1. First, you and your dog will visit a local retail space with aisles and activity. You will be guided through exercises over Zoom while we observe how your dog behaves.
​2. Then you'll visit a restaurant or cafe in your area. You will be given specific instructions to video your dog's behaviour.

• Passing the Test: If your dog meets the required standards, you’ll receive a formal certification.
• Training Support: If needed, we’ll provide personalized video training to help prepare for a second test.

Achieve Certification
Once your dog passes the evaluation, you’ll receive a certificate package valid for one year. This certificate includes a QR code that links to a detailed page on our website for quick and easy verification by retailers, airlines, and others. You will also receive a vest and dog tag.

Pricing

Comprehensive Certification Package -$650 CAD
This all-inclusive service ensures your dog is certified to navigate any public setting with confidence. 

Annual Renewal -$400 CAD
Dogs’ behavior and training can change over the span of a year due to factors like new environments, health, or age. A yearly re-evaluation helps ensure your dog continues to meet certification standards.

• Choose up to three local stores or public spaces for the first part of your certification test, and we’ll arrange access for you.
• Let us know your go-to spot for a coffee or bite to eat and we’ll contact them so they know what to expect and are prepared for your visit.
